Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services
We provide building maintenance and contracting services as described on our website. All service requests are subject to assessment, availability, and confirmation by our team.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed via email, phone, or in person.

• Payment terms are 100% advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance.

• Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the estimated service cost.

4. Liability and Warranty

• We provide a limited warranty of up to 6 months for applicable work only.

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, delays caused by external factors (including government regulations, force majeure), or misuse of services/products.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring proper site access and compliance with safety requirements.

5. Intellectual Property
All website content (including text, logos, and images) is the intellectual property of Al Bait UAE Group. It may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.

6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE.
